Studio Offerings

1-on-1 Private | Small Group

Private Personal Training

1-on-1 Private Training is the most exclusive option we offer. You are the only person in the studio with the trainer, and each workout is specifically tailored to your needs. This type of training is good for those who are just beginning and may need to move at a slower pace than group classes allow.

Build Fitness Studio is sensitive to the needs of new mothers. Please feel free to bring your baby with you to private exercise sessions! If you have young children who can entertain themselves while you work out, it is fine to bring them in too with advance notice to the trainer.

Private training sessions last approx. 50 minutes.



Group Classes

At this time, all group classes are women-only and limited to 5 participants in each class. The duration of classes vary with the program, but most classes are 50 min. We offer yoga, strength training, and balance recovery classes.

Family Training

Childhood obesity rates are on the rise! Help make exercise a priority for your family - bring everyone in for a family training session! For groups up to 6, these classes are fun, goofy, and teambuilding. Mom may have to hop on one foot until Dad finishes 10 pushups. The kids might compete against their parents in a jumping jack contest! All exercises are shown with variations to make them harder/easier so everyone gets a good workout. Families always leave laughing from the good times.

Buddy Training

Its a known fact that working out with someone keeps you accountable and more likely to continue. Bring your significant other, best friend, or co-worker to training and enjoy all the benefits of personalized training, a higher level of commitment, and a lower overall cost!

The Home Workout Package

So you've got a home gym all set up? A treadmill, some weights, or maybe the whole basement...but it's all sitting empty, unused.

If you'd like a little help setting up a personalized workout using YOUR equipment in the privacy of your own home, this package is for you. 4 sessions with a personal trainer coming to your home, creating a customized exercise program for you and teaching you how to perform the exercises properly! $260

Build also offers continuing at-home training. Using the equipment in your home gym, a trainer will design a custom workout for you and supervise sessions, progressing you as you improve. At-home yoga sessions are also offered. Mats and yoga props can be provided.

Corporate Wellness

Build Fitness provides yoga classes to local offices. Repetitive motion injuries are so common in the workplace, and a little stretching can help to alleviate these problems.
