Class Descriptions

All yoga classes at Build Fitness are taught at the individual level. Classes are small (5 person max), and allow for very personalized practices!

a.m Yoga: Start the day right with Level 1 poses meant to wake the body and get the blood flowing.

p.m Yoga: These classes will introduce you to the basic poses of hatha yoga. Proper alignment is covered, along with slow transitions between poses. Will move gently from floor to standing multiple times. Should be comfortable on knees.

Friday night yoga will be cancelled for September - come to Thursday evening classes at the same time!

a. m. Yoga:
Mondays 9:15 am
Wednesdays 9:15 am

p.m. Yoga:
Monday 6:30 pm
Thursday 6:45 pm
