It
is important to feel comfortable with your personal trainer and the gym
or studio you will be working out of. Please come by and talk with a
trainer, view our facility, and fill out the preliminary paperwork. Discuss
your goals with the trainer and together, determine if Build Fitness
is the right place to work toward your goals.
Let your trainer know if you have any of the following conditions.
a. Hyperlipidemia (cholesterol > 220
mg/dl or a total cholesterol-to-HDL ratio > 5
b. Hypertension
(>145/95 mm Hg)
c. Diabetes
d. Family history of heart disease prior to age 60
e. History of smoking
f. Abnormal resting EKG
Sessions available
on a first come, first serve basis.
You can reserve only the time slots you pre-pay.
Sessions are
provided by 30, 45, or 60 minute increments.
You are in control of your workouts
Clients
have the right to terminate a particular exercise or session at
any time. If an exercise is uncomfortable or painful, or if you want
to stop
for any reason, you may do so.
